Heat Rises in the desert, I'm sittin on red hot rock. Sand blows by, I cover my eyes, been days and it won't stop. First time I saw my baby, she was starin in a deep black hole. Animals were crowded around her. Said to myself this is very strange, very strange.
It's the sin that keeps it goin. It's the skin that makes it oh so strong. If the wind don't blow away, the good just might as well go home.
Night disguises as a desert, an I'm afraid of the big black rocks. Wind knows why I cover my eyes. I shouldn't pray but I just can't stop. Second time I saw my baby, she was naked and the fire burned cold. Clouds all were circled around her. Said to myself this is very strange, very strange.
